LLM-powered sales intelligence capabilities for commercial marketing and sales workflows in financial services.

Focus: retrieval-augmented generation, prompt systems, customer and product intelligence, workflow integration, model evaluation.

Role: led AI approach, shaped system design and evaluation, and partnered across data science, product, engineering, and business teams to move the capability from experimentation toward production use.

Real-Time AI Decisioning

Production AI systems for real-time marketing arbitration, personalization, and outreach optimization across digital channels.

Focus: real-time model serving, cloud deployment, decision logic, experimentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Role: led development of AI decisioning capabilities that connect customer intent, product relevance, and business action in enterprise financial-services settings.

GenAI Marketing Campaign Intelligence

LLM and NLP capabilities for understanding commercial customer intent and improving campaign relevance.

Focus: intent taxonomy design, transformer-based classification, prompt engineering, Llama/GPT-based labeling and reasoning, and digital signal modeling.

Role: designed and led model development for campaign intelligence and customer engagement workflows.

SetCSE

SetCSE is my ICLR 2024 research project on using contrastive learning of sentence embeddings to support set operations and complex semantic retrieval.

Focus: sentence embeddings, contrastive learning, structured retrieval, semantic intersection and difference, active learning, uncertainty labeling, and topic discovery.
